After airtelmms trick got ban there is no more working proper trick for unlimited download and surfing.
Here is the solution to full fill there demands. I have found one more reliance trick.this trick is working in 3g and 2g reliance network.As you all know no trick is permanent.Every trick will be ban in 3-4 weeks.This trick is working in some states only beacause in many states APN: rcommms is blocked.

Steps To use Reliance For Free Internet :-
1. Download and Install HotSpot Shield from here.
2 Connect Mobile/usb modem to internet using
APN: rcommms
or
APN: mms
3. Start The HotSpot Sheild software. On the startbar red icon of hotspot shield light becomes green means its connected 
4. After successful connecting Enjoy Unlimited Browsing and Downloading.
